First, generating an URL for uploading application form for account. Please input the following informaiton.
- (*1) Enter the target project number.
- (*2) Input the e-mail address of the leader of the specified project.
- (*3) Input the e-mail address of the person who uploads account application form. This information is omissible if applicant is the leader of the specified project.
- (*4) Some characters for image recognition are displayed. Input the characters to the text box with "Input here" written on it.
2. Upload application file

Access to the URL written in the sent mail, the above page is displayed.
- (*1) Click "Choose File" button and choose Form2 or Form3 file (Excel file).
- (*2) Click "Upload" button, then the file will be uploaded. You can re-upload the files before starting the review by administrators.
- (*3) You can download application form from [this URL].
